The second installment of World Red Eye's Cultural Exchanges speaker series — "The Next Genesis of Miami Real Estate" — a one-night panel at El Tucán pairing Miami's most notorious real estate tycoons with their family successors. Presented by Perrier-Jouët and Tequila Avión.
Moderated by Emmy-winning filmmaker Alfred Spellman of rakontur alongside developer Avra Jain, the panel brought together two generations of South Florida real estate: Jorge Pérez and son Jon Paul Pérez (Related Group); Michael Dezer and son Gil Dezer (Dezer Development); and Russell Galbut (Crescent Heights) with nephew Keith Menin (Menin Hospitality).
Jessica Goldman opened the evening with a tribute to her late father, Tony Goldman.
